Because all of our tournament expenses are now set, we are unable to process refunds for withdrawals after May 15, 2010.
If an unforeseen situation arises and you need to withdraw and wish to request a refund, please write the tournament director

cnky2010@tenniscincinnati.net and explain your request for a refund. We are also unable to replace a paid registration with a free entry
certificate after May 15, 2010. Thank you.
